There, I spent a very nice afternoon reading Hey, Rabbit! and Amandina to a group of young library-goers and their parents.
All the kids were very well-behaved, especially this one, who sat completely still for the whole reading.
Thank you so much to Barb Farrell and the other librarians who organized this extremely pleasant evening.
Sometimes I wish my daughter was like that little girl on the bench. Still and quiet.

It is! And the children's room is really very large, comfortable and well-furnished.

ReplyDeleteWow, that library looks amazing. Ours is in an old warehouse building. It was the only thing they could afford that was large enough. All the voting to make a nicer building gets voted down. Oh well, I'm just happy to have a library! Your book looks really cute!
